Alangulam is a panchayat town as well as taluka in Tirunelveli district in the state of Tamil Nadu, INDIA. It is one of the fastest growing town in Tirunelveli District. It acts as a trade center for the nearby villages. Being located in the junction of Tirunelveli-Tenkasi road, it acts as a local hub thriving to become an important business center.
